Passing the composed prompt through agentLaunchConfig.prompt caused agents to launch with -p flag (non-interactive mode), breaking the orchestrator's ability to send follow-up messages for CI fixes and review comments. Now the composed prompt is delivered via runtime.sendMessage() after launch, keeping agents interactive.
