When a send-to-agent reaction was configured (e.g. for ci-failed), the reactionHandledNotify flag stayed false, causing checkSession() to also call notifyHuman() immediately — bypassing the retry/escalation workflow. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com> |
