- Remove frontend/ from git tracking (286 files)
- Add packages/shared/src/.gitkeep for build system
- Complete monorepo migration to packages/desktop
Addresses critical and important issues from review:
- Incomplete git move: frontend/ now removed from index
- Missing directory: shared/src created with .gitkeep
